Episode 101 is here! After circulating in film festivals, CHARGED finally makes its premiere to YouTube.com/GorillaTactix. Expect an episode biweekly starting Monday, Jan. 4, 2016. CHARGED has been screened at the 2015 Los Angeles Film Festival as well as received the Audience Choice Award at the Atlanta Underground Film Festival!
It was quite a challenge to get a project like this done in the time that we had, but we did it! Our new science fiction short film, The RIG, was completed and submitted to the "My Rode Reel" contest before the deadline and people now can vote for the film. We shot the film in one day at two different locations, leaving us with less than a week to get all of our post production done. Critically acclaimed comic book from the 90s, Brotherman: Dictator of Discipline, is coming back Fall 2015 as a three part graphic novel. Dawud Anyabwile and Guy Sims, creators of the comic, as well as colorist, Brian McGee, are currently raising funds through their Indiegogo campaign launched this morning.
